1. General Information

Oksana Hair Artistry (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides professional hairstyling services for weddings, events, and special occasions.
By booking a service or visiting our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Bookings & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of €100 is required to secure your booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due on the morning of your wedding or as agreed in writing.

3. Travel & Accommodation

Travel up to 30 km from Edenderry, Co. Offaly is included in your package.
Additional mileage will be charged at €0.80 per km (both ways).
For destination or two-day weddings, accommodation costs may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new date if available.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.

5. Trials & Consultations

Bridal trials are recommended 2–3 months before the wedding day.
Trial sessions are separate from the wedding booking and may be held in-studio or on-location, as arranged.

6. Timeliness & Responsibilities

Please ensure everyone is ready at the scheduled time.
Delays caused by the client may result in shortened service time or additional charges.

7. Photos & Social Media

We may request permission to use professional photos or videos of our hairstyling work for portfolio or social media purposes.
Client privacy and consent are always respected.

8. Liability

All products and tools used are of professional salon quality.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions if information about sensitivities is not disclosed prior to the appointment.

9. Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
